Your first pull-up starts with a little support.
Meet the LumenFit Pull-Up Assist Pro, your training partner for building strength and working toward the bar with confidence. Whether you’re learning your first pull-up or adding more repetitions to your routine, adjust the assistance to meet you where you are.
Three removable resistance bands put progression in your hands. Begin with more support, then reduce the assistance as your strength develops. The height-adjustable strap and fabric foot or knee rest let you tailor the setup to your training position, while steel buckles and fabric-covered latex bands complete the design.
Make it part of your home-gym routine to challenge your back, shoulders, arms, and core, one controlled repetition at a time.
A little assistance. Progress you earn.
Inspect bands and attachments before every use, and follow the supplied setup instructions and resistance limits.
